Who runs the site

The site is run by Paweł Waliłko, a private individual, Poland (“we”). Contact: contact@brokerpick.net.

These terms are available free of charge on this page. You can save or print them at any time.

A free information service

BrokerPick provides information about forex and CFD brokers, their legal entities and their published terms, and lets you set this information side by side. Using the site is free and does not require an account.

We are not an investment firm or a broker. We do not provide brokerage or any other financial services, we do not accept deposits or any other funds, we do not open accounts, execute trades or act as an intermediary in agreements between you and a broker.

The agreement to use the site starts when you begin using it and ends when you stop. You do not need to terminate it.

To use the site you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser. Some settings, such as language, country and appearance, use cookies described in the privacy policy.

No investment advice

Nothing on the site is investment advice, a recommendation, an offer, or intermediation in buying or selling financial instruments or in opening an account. The site does not rate brokers and does not assess whether any product or broker is suitable for you. Comparisons show data side by side, without ratings or rankings.

CFDs carry a high risk of losing money; read the risk warning.

Accuracy and currency of the data

Information about brokers comes mainly from brokers' websites and documents and from regulators' registers. On broker profiles we list the official sources next to the data, and the methodology describes where the data comes from and how we verify it. For cost data on profiles and in comparisons, we show the date the data is current as of.

The data may be incomplete or out of date: brokers change their terms, sometimes without notice, and we can make mistakes. We cannot guarantee that the data is complete, correct or current at the moment you read it.

Missing data is shown as missing and means that we do not have that fact. It does not mean no fee, zero, a free service, no restriction or unavailability.

Your agreement with a broker and your decisions

An agreement to open and maintain an account is made only between you and the broker, on the broker's terms. We are not a party to that agreement.

Before opening an account, check the current terms directly with the broker: the legal entity that would serve you, its licence, fees, leverage, instruments and client protection. The broker's documents take precedence over any information on BrokerPick.

You make investment decisions yourself and at your own risk. Before making them, read the risk warning.

Links to brokers and remuneration

Buttons leading to brokers open the brokers' websites. Some of these links may be partner links: we may receive remuneration from brokers for referring users to them. The current status of agreements with brokers, and the principles that remuneration does not change, are set out in the affiliate disclosure.

Brokers' websites and other external websites are run by other parties. We are not responsible for their content, availability or operation; their owners' terms and privacy policies apply there.

Availability of the site

We do not guarantee that the site will work without interruption or errors. Interruptions may occur, for example because of maintenance or failures at service providers.

We may change, suspend or switch off individual features of the site or the whole site.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from investment decisions, from differences between information on the site and the terms offered by a broker, from interruptions to the site, or from the content and operation of external websites.

Towards businesses, we exclude liability to the fullest extent permitted by law, including liability for lost profits.

Towards consumers, we are liable within the limits set by mandatory law. We apply the provisions on consumers also to a private individual running a business, where using the site is not of a professional nature for them, to the extent the law provides.

This does not exclude or limit any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited, including for damage caused intentionally and under consumer protection law that applies to you.

Content, database and trademarks

The texts of the site and the way data is presented belong to us. The compilation of data about brokers, their entities and their terms is a database protected under the Polish Act of 27 July 2001 on the protection of databases.

You may read the content, share links to it and quote individual facts or short excerpts, provided you link to the page of the site they come from. Bulk or automated downloading of data requires our prior permission. This does not apply to indexing of pages by search engines.

Broker names and trademarks belong to their owners. They are used on the site only to identify the brokers and do not imply any connection with them or endorsement by them.

Prohibited use

When using the site, you may not:

• download data from the site automatically, for example with scripts or bots, without our permission;
• circumvent the site's security measures or try to access parts of it that are not public;
• disrupt the operation of the site or its infrastructure, for example by overloading it with requests;
• send us unlawful content.

Security

Using the internet comes with common risks, such as malware, phishing and people impersonating brokers or us.

We never ask for deposits, login details or payment card details, and we do not run any accounts for you. Go to brokers' websites through their official addresses.

Report suspicious messages signed with the BrokerPick name to contact@brokerpick.net.

Complaints

A complaint concerns how the site works, for example a page error, incorrect data or a feature that does not work. Send it by e-mail to contact@brokerpick.net; describe the problem and name the page it concerns.

We will reply by e-mail within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

Complaints about a broker's services, including accounts, orders, fees and withdrawals, should be sent to the broker. We are not a party to the agreement between you and a broker.

Changes and applicable law

We may change these terms, for example when the site's features or the law change. The current version is always on this page with its date. A change applies from the date shown with the new version and does not apply to use of the site before that date.

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, the choice of Polish law does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you have your habitual residence.

Disputes are resolved by the court that has jurisdiction under the general rules.
