What to write about
- An error in the data. Name the broker, the page and the value, and link to the official source that shows the correct value. The methodology explains how reports are handled.
- Legal and privacy matters. Requests concerning your personal data, questions about the privacy policy or the terms of use, and notices about content.
- Cooperation. Proposals from brokers and other companies. Cooperation never affects the data or the way it is presented; see the affiliate disclosure.
What we cannot help with
We are not a broker and have no access to any trading account. For questions about your account, deposits or withdrawals, or to complain about a broker, contact the broker directly and, if needed, the regulator that supervises its legal entity.
We do not give investment advice or personal recommendations, by e-mail or otherwise.
Reply time
We usually reply within 5 business days. Checking a reported data error can take longer, because we verify it against the broker's official documents before changing anything. Requests concerning personal data are answered within the time limits set by data protection law.
